I managed to collect matching Magic Items on one level allowing me to show the bonus level. In this bonus stage you can win 10 continues if you survive the time limit. Or could have taken the other door for 1 continue. Its a gamble with a big payoff

To get good ending (as shown) 3 Matching Magic Stars are needed on Rainbow world in order to progress onto the remaining worlds.
