Platformer by Konami.
I think it's something about a ninja from outer space fighting villains that pollute Earth.
Just a regular ol' platformer. You have a stick you can swing and you can shoot projectiles by charging up. There's also a slide.
This longplay jumps, bop enemies with a stick, slides, and shoot charged projectiles to completion.
Also: I like the BGM for Dust.
