A beat-em-up bootleg game for the GBC, with characters from the Final Fantasy series. Possibly developed by BBD and published by SKOB in mainland China (according to BootlegGames Wiki).
At the start, you can choose from four characters, including the famous Chocobo from FFIV. Some enemies deal lots of damage to the player, which can be frustrating sometimes.
