The Game Gear version was developed by SIMS and published by the Flying Edge division of Acclaim in 1992. It is much more similar to Final Blow and its Master System port James 'Buster' Douglas Knockout Boxing than to the original gameplay and graphics of George Foreman's KO Boxing.
