"An incredible 2000 questions, Sport, Pop music, Show Biz and Mystery Joker Cards. Brilliant graphics and music-All the features! All the questions! All the categories!! Just like the real thing! Absolutely Brilliant!"
Pub trivia is a multiplayer pyramid style quiz. The idea being that you make it through a series of questions on the pyramid followed by a second pyramid with the chance to make some money. You get to keep going until your money runs out. It's a bit boring in single player as this longplay shows but with friends, it passes the time. It's either this or trivial pursuit!
I'm not going to attempt to show all 2000 questions so I just play enough to get the top score on the leader board. I'm sure it gets across what the game is all about. Recorded mainly for completion sakes with other Codemasters games.
Overall, it does what it sets out to do, nothing more. its a budget game, fairly well presented and looks the part. Not much going on sonically though. If you play so much that you start seeing the same questions, you can load in some more question sets. It's worth noting that the game lazily re uses the music and sounds from an earlier release Monte Carlo Casino.
