"After BRAINACHE had left in the robo-shuttle, heading for the STELLA mines on planet NESBIT the crew on ROTAR 1 began to worry-Although they teased BRAINACHE they loved their chubby friend and new how dangerous the task ahead of him really was....
On the lonely cruise back to Nesbit 'BRAINACHE' planned his actions. He was fed up with his friends cynical comments and decided to show them once and for all how clever he really was.
He would retrieve all his mining equipment and then forage further into the depths of the ancient mine shafts to find the fabled ANATESE diamond. 'Then they will never call me BRAINACHE again', he muttered determinedly under his breath!!"

I think brainache refers to the effect of the opening sound effects once the game is loaded. 48k beeper at it's worst! The game is a single horizontally scrolling level which requires you to collect objects and bring it back to your ship. You can only hold one item at a time with the exception of the ladder and pickaxe. You get a limited amount of oxygen per life and need to bring back the equipment one at a time to your ship, first placing the ladder so that you can climb up to it. Once you have everything and the ship takes off, it loops and you get to do it all again although the display doesnt reset properly.

Overall, this is an odd game to play as you try to traverse the terrain which is just a picture in the background. It's like playing one of those old mechanical games where you move an object with a magnet over a picture to a specified route and if you go out of the lines you are penalised. Once the game is completed it loops and becomes a little more difficult. The wasps that move at high speed in your direction make completing two runs challanging.
