Player's Review
Spectrum 128k
I bought this but don't remember ever finishing it. So much tape loading, with levels being in multiple parts, a game could last well over an hour. No special treatment for 128k owners. Another game by probe. As we know they didn't do much for 128k systems at all, but a tiny piece of music on the intro, blip blop beeper sounds in game and no preloading of levels at all really is taking the piss.
But what did they do right. The game is mono, but well detailed and scrolls quite smoothly for the spectrum. With the lack of sounds you just didn't feel immersed in the gameplay so I would often be bored of it even before loosing all my lives. I did used to savegame though with the ole Multiface3 to save all that loading again
