We are still waiting on a suitable Amiga AGA emulator with robust recording features before tackling such games.

Spectrum 128k
Wonderboy conversion to the Spectrum by Activision in 1987.
Not a great conversion even for the spectrum but it plays ok and is recognisable at least. the looping music can get annoying pretty quickly. All the levels loop several times in order to get all the collectables required. The hardest levels are the blue ones where there is some tricky cloud jumping involved.
The initial release of this game had a major bug that stopped it working on 128k machines. The idea was to have the whole game loaded in a single load on 128k machines but the game would break at level 1-4. The could still be played in pure 48k mode though with multiload levels and strangely even the 128k music still worked. This was fixed in the Hit squad release played here and the game works fine in 128k.
