I ran it on an Amiga 600 from HD, yet it loads sooo slow. Kinda feel like it could have loaded faster if played from floppy, but didn't check. Bet HD ofc is faster, but can't be by much. Had sound problems and stuff if I ran it from a faster Amiga.
