Help guide the Lemmings through another season of Holiday Madness, building, bashing, climbing and blocking through this winter wonderland of bouncing snowmen, brightly wrapped holiday gifts and an assortment of seasonal trimmings. Help get them home safely for the holidays!"
Follow up to last years Christmas lemmings comes this new stand alone release containing another 32 Christmas themed levels as well as last years 32 levels for a complete package of 64 Christmas levels over four difficulties.
This longplay only shows the new 1994 levels as the 1993 levels can all be seen in the 1993 longplay complete with there original Christmas tunes not found in this 1994 game. Don't let the Christmas theme fool you as there are plenty of challenging levels in the game and whilst many levels have strict requirements for completion, other can be completed in multiple way with multiple skills made available. I am by no means playing optimally so you may see solutions not seen in other recordings.
Overall, it's lemmings. If you liked the original you will like this expansion although it's looking a little old at this point with Lemmings 2 raising the bar for lemmings puzzling. There's a few annoying levels which seem more like exploiting some of the odd mechanics and some which require some strict timing and placement. The difficulty is kind of all over the place with easy levels and near impossible ones mixed together. The biggest disappointment though is the removal of the Christmas tunes and instead replaced with oh no more lemmings and only three tunes at that. I think that overall, the 1993 levels are better with more decorations and that the passion wasn't really there by 1994 with many levels looking like they were quickly thrown together.
