"Flying this Mission is like shaking hands with the devil!"
Not much to say about this one. A side scrolling shoot 'em-up through a number of levels and defeating bosses and fortresses to win the game. You get a choice of three planes , each with slightly different weapon loadouts to tackle the levels. Between levels you can purchase special weapons and ingame you can collect power ups which count towards leveling up your plane.
It was converted to a number of platforms but I don't think the C64 version got the attention it deserved. When you can see the Spectrum version looking and playing closer to the arcade version you know something has gone wrong. Its not a bad game, reasonably well presented but I think if you wanted to play U.N. Squadron, any other version is better than this one.
