Congo Bono arcade conversion by Sega and published in US by Sega on 16k cartridge in 1983. Published on tape by US Gold in EU.

"Get your safari gear ready-you're embarking on the most hilarious jungle adventure ever! Climb steep cliffs, dodge clobbering coconuts, and jump challenging obstacles as you try to capture that mischief-loving gorilla, Congo Bongo.

A cut down two screen version of Congo Bongo by Sega. This is the first release of the game in 1983. Quite low detailed compared to the second 1985 release due to the 16kb cartridge limit I imagine.
Not much to say on this as its only two screens which repeat over and over forever more until all lives are lost. As you progress though, the difficulty will go up each round topping out at level five as far as the score bonus is concerned. However I did keep playing to see if anything does change and it maybe a placebo, but I do think the game was getting faster and certainly more twitchy when it came to jumping on the second screen.
