Player's Review

"The individual athletic disciplines are yours--speed, strength, stamina and the desire to win. They come together in the most prestigious video sporting event ever. Let the games begin!"

A rather basic multi-event sports game, baring in mind its 1984. The only controls are left-right wiggling to boost the power bar and fire to throw or jump at the right time. A little boring in one player but that said, its probably the most accessible due to the very simple controls. No worry about getting the right angles while up in the air.

The animated running man is really well done. In the longplay I go through all events to win although i am only competing against my self. The final 1500m event was rough. That's a lot of wiggling!
