Player's Review

"MOTOR RACING MADNESS! INDY HEAT is fast and furious racing action where a decidedly mean streak may just keep you out in front. With the money you win, plan your attack for ten different circuits do you play safe with better brakes or go for it with more engine power? Do you boost your turbo or your crew? - the decision is yours. With a combination of skill, nerve and a few dirty tricks (like running over other teams' pit crews!) maybe you could end up being showered with champagne and kisses."

Not a bad top down racing game. Nice graphics but not so great presentation. The music is quite bad and as the game only offers music or sfx, I chose sfx for the main video but show the game with music at the end.

There are 12 races with 10 unique tracks. The races involve completing a set number of laps and a long the way you will likely need to refuel else you will be the slowest car on the track. Between races you can add an upgrade to your car for more speed or fuel economy. Even though the competition hasn't won any money, they will upgrade to keep up with you so the difficulty will be ramping up as you progress.

You need to place second or first to progress. Coming third will cost you a credit and it is game over once they are gone.Race 10 onwards must completed in 1st place else it is an instant game over. By this stage, the competing cars are at the top of their game and it can be a real challenge to make it through as you hope rng takes over and causes the opponents to crash or get stuck.
