"5 amazing games in one! An intricate maze infested with an energy virus. Escape from a radio active waste shoot- target practice with huge laser cannon- fly thru an intense meteor storm-and finally control the mega robot!!!"
Deceptively short budget title that leaves you wondering if that 1.99 was better spent. The game has two levels and each consists of a maze containing a series of mini games that must be completed to unlock the exit. Also in the maze are deadly aliens that can be killed. Also in each level is access to a robot shootout which you can not win and must be avoided. The robot fight is played at the end of level two.
The challenge comes from the aggressively tight timer shown as robot power. It is ticking down all the time you are in the maze. Failing a mini game throws you back to the base costing time and you do have to finish each game to leave the level. Unfortunately, failing just one game can cost so much time that it way as well be game over. You can also lose lives in the mini games.
The mini games consists of a simple shooting level where you fire at the right moment to kill a moving target. It is a little broken in the sense that if you miss the green and yellow target in the first few seconds, they wont likely end up in firing range again. The meteor level simply required getting to the right side and not being knock out of the left side. A dodge the barrels level that has you moving up and down and moving right looking for the exit hole. Unfortunately the hole is invisible so it's a case of accidently finding it. And then there is the robot level which is just a case of shooting the enemy robot.
Overall, it's a nice enough budget game, not looking to bad and plays nice enough. But the in game timer giving you about six minutes or so to get around is no fun at all. This recording is made with the wonders that modern emulation can provide.
