Waddles the Duck (Homebrew)
|
Player's Review
Collect all gems in every level and once in some places the screen color palette turns dark, press select to change season. Different climate reveals some blocks and hide others, depending on what season was chosen for that place. It could be spring, summer, fall or winter.
You can stomp enemies like in Super Mario, except the spiny ones (there's a lot of stuff borrowed from that series), otherwise the duck dies.
You can die, but there's no official game over. lives are unlimited, but you can achieve various endings depending on how many gems you collected. You achieve the best ending if you collect all the gems (like I did), otherwise you'll achieve the sad one (some Ducks of Waddles' family passed away, because too much years are passed.
