Released in 2022, Pocky & Rocky Reshrined is a sequel to Pocky & Rocky (1992). It introduces three new characters and several new features. Whereas the previous two games had Two Player mode from the beginning, this game requires the player to complete the Story Mode to unlock Free Mode, which allows multiplayer mode, and unlocks two of the new characters. The other one can be unlocked by collecting more coins after finishing the Story Mode once.
Some parts of the game becomes overwhelmingly hard, and the lack of strafing ability adds to the difficulty.
