Although in some cases a second aspect corrected version can be included as well (640x512) even if only for ytube if it looks much better.

I think for PS1 need to add more resolutions which supported by this console:
- 320x256 for PAL region (rescaling to 640x512);
- 512x240 (rescaling to 512x480);
- 512x256 for PAL region (rescaling to 512x512).

In that case, the Intelli longplays had to be deleted. Sorry guys.

Looking at the screenshots of the submitted longplays, they definitely look wrong with bilinier filtering and display errors.

Okay, so I take it that the official size is 640x400, then?
Lastly, what about cropping? Like Pinball for instance, do I need to crop that or leave it as is?
If cropping is needed for a specific game, then do it, yeah.

Okay, now is that the default resolution, or am I supposed to double it like you can with some systems?
You still need to double-resize it in the encoding script.

I was also told about the wrong resolution issue via Discord. I eventually found some pixel-perfect screenshots of Intellivision games at 320x200 after a further investigation.

It's not a big issue. The files just use the wrong audio encoder. Fine if you have installed an AC3 dolby decoder at home, just Archive video player doesn't support it. Ideally use AAC audio that is supported everywhere.
