Here are some emulators I want to get with a recording feature:

Playstation 1
3DO (nevermind!)
Turbografx-16
ScummVM

ScummVM is easy to record with, but you need Camtasia Studio. Search Torrents for a version with a crack/serial number. I'm not sure about the others but you can probably use camtasia for most of them. Not sure if you can use Fraps or not for Ps1... If you have fraps on your computer and there is an fps counter in the upper left corner, then you can use it to record.

Geekmeister, I didn't mean Recording using a screen capture program!

I meant a modified version of ScummVM to include e.g. the video capture component of dosbox, now 3iD has the right idea!

(Now, if only someone could offer advice on 3DO and Turbografx-16)

My bad. As far as I know there isn't any way to record games in ScummVM. However you can record videos with dosbox.

But the game I want record is supported by ScummVM, but dosbox!

You'd need Windows 95 or later to record them!

But as you can tell from the dosbox forums Windows 95 is not a good idea on dosbox.

Oh and I couldn't figure out the playstation emulator. Sorry.
