Top-down shooty game by Japan Art Media.
Follow a dragon girl as she...I guess reads some writings on a big rock or something and then takes out some bad demons and something about Heaven. Iunno!
Gameplay reminds me of Kiki KaiKai (Pocky and Rocky): you move and do the shooty thing and you get power-ups. LOTS of power-ups! Defeating 100 critters will change Sara into a dragon for more firepower! You can also force the transformation by using the lizard power-up. From time to time, the game sics a mini-boss on you. You can't advance the screen while facing a mini-boss...and the game can make it a habit to keep spawning them on you. Overall game difficulty kinda isn't that bad...when the game isn't scrolling you into the boss! But you do get a LOT of power-ups though, like the Star (Invincibility) and lots and LOTS of healing items.
This longplays no-skills the game while shooting up everything and playing the bonus shoot 'em up stages! S L O W completion because of overall lack of information on the power-ups. Found out MUCH later (around Stage 5 I believe) what the power-ups ACTUALLY do. Bless a Japanese site with the Japanese manual. Nutshells: collect same shot type (big arrow, up-down arrow, V-arrow) to power them up (up to 4) (or alternatively use the P-icon power-up), padlock stops enemies from stealing your shot power-up, rock stops enemy movement, DA ORB is actually the best item in teh game (stop enemy spawns), and the Star is invincibility. That's it! I think this game is dope. Prolly because I kinda like Kiki Kaikai...even though I'm garbage at it but I digress!
