"RALLY JACKET BIGRUN - THE SUPREME 4WD CHALLENGE
Race hard! Head to the glorious Dakar! Challenge the hot and harsh land of Dakar!!

From Paris to Dakar / The Great Wilderness of Africa: A super-dynamic rally awaits you as you challenge the great wilderness. The key to victory lies in meticulous strategy and bold driving technique! Super Rally combines the full potential of the Super Nintendo's features with simulation elements. READY-GO / The burning spirit is unstoppable!!"

Arcade rally driving of nine stages as you travel from Paris to Dakar. There's a management element to it as well so not a simple full throttle to the end. At the start you choose a sponsor offering differing amounts of money and gear. You can then choose your team and how good or bad they are depend on there cost. Then its time to buy equipment if you need any. Note that you can carry extra in your car but the extra weight might slow you down but repair time will be shorter than if you need the team to bring it should you need to repair mid race. You don't win any money during the event so be careful how you spend it.

Overall, it is ok as an arcade conversion but hardly the game you want to show off the power of the snes with. Released after the initial launch window which had games such as Super Mario World and F-Zero, big run looks a little out of place. Ill just note that the menus look dark for some reason and the game uses a weird 512x224 effect with vertical bars in an effort show transparency during the map screen and night racing. Bit of a bonkers way to do it and expected more from the Mega-Drive.
