What do you do with vegas to get a good intermediary file?

i always lost frames with video redo, so i just use sony vegas now

Something, yet the original recordings are in tact, I only lose frames when I remux with Videoredo, wonder why.

Don't worry guys, the videos are on the way! It's just that it seems like I might have had some corrupt frames... so I have to fix that..

All that matters is that it is cropped properly.

Just so ya'll know, SMB3's resolution is actually 248 x 224 as opposed to 256 x 244 much like every NES Megaman game from 3 and up. So it will be 496 x 488 when submitted.
