I've been there and I have come back! The original should be wayy better then that. Also, that is moreso the quality of the animators.. irrelevant.
Kaizou Zero makes it to the site on a technicality 1 line of gfx would have to be cut to meet 16/16 pixel x264 requirement. So in this case the bars can stay.

screw 480p on youtube, i watch everything in 360p, anything higher is too much for my internet

resident evil 4 had bars in the non hd versions of the games

I'M going to ask for a second opinion as bars shouldn't need to exist if the game at no point uses that screen area.

@MadMatty: These "black borders" above and below the screen exists in this game. This exists ingame. The video has been encoded and cropped correctly!

xRavenXP, Kaizou Zero doesn't look its been cropped and I cant see any screens that fill those black bars at any point.
