It could be just a rounding error due to the 'Variable' frame rate nature of HD video files. As long as it stays in sync, it should be fine.

Now I tried it with 2 videos, both have exactly 60.000 fps (mediainfo) and connected them using avidemux. (both mp4) and the final file have still exactly 60.00 fps. How do you know how much fps your

i tried that and the final video is still with 59.96 fps or something like that. you tried with mp4 and got 60?

video stream. Then check what your source video files format is. So for example .mkv. Then in output format choose mkv muxer. If your video file is in mp4, choose mp4 muxer etc...
