I record with Bizhawk the latest version @MadMatty and I encode with Virtual Dub first then with MeGUI. Why?

How did you record it and how did you encode it? The end result looks very low bitrate

Hey, so i've tried downloading the Arcade longplay for Continental Circus, but it instead downloads Crime Fighters. Could that get fixed?
