AVI writer. The settings need to be Lagarith Lossless Codec; Enable Null Frames=true; Use Multithreading=True. VD is not necessary unless you need to edit out something.

boricuaretrogamer, you can't just be using any settings for those programs. There are profiles for MeGUI that encodes the videos specifically, and as for BizHawk, you need to be using the built-in
