It was recorded in 60, but I don't know the default framerate. If that's the case, then why is your 2.5 longplay in 30 fps?

is the framerate of the game 30 fps? because we dont do shortcuts like reducing the framerate of a game if it is supposed to be at 60

The server on the FTP will time out, but not the upload. I'll upload it again tonight. I could reduce the framerate from 60 to 30, shave off a gig, but I don't know how you'll take to that

Can't do that. My new video is completely different from the old one. Isn't it better and easier to outright replace the old video?

Just send the newly compressed audio track and I will merge it with previous video.

It was encoded on "very slow" too, so that's the best I can compress it to your specifications. I still have the encoded video if you need it again.

I did with the new F-Zero video. I made the mistake of not using them for the first video. That's why I needed to replace it.

I used the longplays presets in MeGUI for the new video. Before, I used "scratchpad" and ac3 audio instead of NeroAAC. Why it is noticeably larger is something I don't know about.

That's all well and good, but it came out bigger than the original that was already oversized due to the dolby 5.1 audio encoding

DKC wont be much more than a gig once encoded. fairly basic and easy encode. Not like a racing game where the whole screen is constantly changing.
