Play your video in mediaplayerclassic and view mediainfo. It will tell you all about your file. I don't use megui so might be a good idea to ask on irc.

@NPI megui. I'm sure the source video is ok as there is no option to output just 1 channel in the emu and vdub is only passing it through.

I think it might be your computer. Mine can play videos in 60fps, but (for some reason) I can't watch 60fps videos on YouTube.
