I record my real time runs with the external HD, my computer is a core 2 duo processor with 3gb ram and my vga is a Gforce 210

Why record it to a second drive? Sorry I have an out of date computer, due to budget restraints, I can't buy another one yet.

your computer is pretty out of date as it is, also if you are going to record pc games you should record the footage to a separate drive

I don't want to upload test videos to the FTP. I only want to submit full longplays there only. BTW, Sonic Heroes for pc is 30fps by default. So the final product for that will be 30fps.

why not just upload it to the ftp for an admin to download and check themselves

I'll mess with the settings and record a test video. I'll then upload it to my OneDrive and post a share link so you can see if the test video's format works. How's that sound?

sonic cd on pc should not be hard at all to record at 60 fps, just as long as your settings are correct and not recording it at some super big resolution

I don't think my computer is capable of recording in 60fps anyway.

No difference to me. I'll redo it when I get another hauppauge and I'll do the Xbox 360 version. My old one finally gave out.
