@Brian0451 Use PSXJin or Bizhawk to record PSX games... the encode is more easy and you only need to do it when you finish the game!

Also, is 30 fps accepted for ps1 games?

Correct me if I'm wrong, if someone puts "recording" on submission status, that means they're recording footage and playing the game, right?
