Retrolover: No it's not 6 but if you copy the whole thing and try to use it when checking out a game, just try any number 4x... until it works

You need to be using a lossless codec such as techsmith (tscc) or lagarith.

Good news, I found out how to make Bizhawk run at full speed when recording. I have to use Microsoft Video 1 instead of Full Frames (Uncompressed).
