Except you can't play PS1 games on a PS2 with component. =P Compare: Mega Man X Collection and Gradius III from Gradius Collection: can't use component for them either. =P

PS2/ps3 + Component (rgb) Capture would be preferable to ps1 s-video.

i'm gonna take a crack at the fatal frame series, at least the first 3 on ps2. i hope i dont get too scared because i never played them before and know nothing about them
