I think loading times should be edited out if they don't show anything that wasn't shown before. There are games (like Bioware's RPGs) where loadings can accumulate into hours of footage.

I have uploaded as is. As archival footage, its not just the gameplay being shown, its the painful loading to sit through

It will cut the music/sound effects, so better leave them
Reinc8 years ago
NPI, maybe you could edit loading times out, if they have no content, after showing them once?

@Reinc: Yes I will, after I finish Defiance, I'll start with Blood Omen 2

it is a known bug that the swap isn't always registered on playback and is being looked into.
MadMatty8 years ago
Getting to the end would be a hell of a time to find out it didn't swap during playback
MadMatty8 years ago
No I ment if you are recording as one long movie, check right after the swap. Save state1 before the swap, do the swap, save state 2, then play movie from state 1 and check it swaps and resumes

Yes, I already did this technique of a movie for each disc in PSXJin (a normal movie and the others with memory card)! I will play the entire movie before last battle, but I know the movie is syncing.
MadMatty8 years ago
else build a new movie after each swap.

There are still some gotchas to be aware of. You should test that the swap works when playing back the movie before recording the whole thing

@MadMatty: Thanks, i know to swap disc now and i can end the multidisc game in Bizhawk (and well, i will do a better tutorial about swapping psx disc to avoid problems)

MadMatty8 years ago
@xRavenXP Drop by on irc chat, will be easier to sort you out there

@mad-matty: i think he means that youtube has a video editor that allows you to mute the songs with the press of a couple buttons, but im not sure if that would let it be viewable

PLEASE: I need help to give PS1 game swap disc in Bizhawk. I'm at the very end of the movie on CD1 and it asks for "please insert disc 2" and I'm trying both methodologies, I created
