Well I've just had a small discussion with NPI about that and he said not all JP versions warrant an entry because some of them are the same as the US versions.

@KAGE-008 that's not true anymore, games from separate regions can be accepted now even without much in differences ever since the site got upgraded

JP versions with differences in sound are accepted. As for Super Mario USA, that one is the same as SM2 (US) and doesn't warrant a submission.

either don't crop anything if you leave in the 3d all stars menu, or cut it from the longplay if you are going to crop the rest of super mario 64
