Which specs does your PC have? It might have some sort of bottleneck if you're getting those crashes repeatedly. Also, try using latest version of BizHawk.

KAGE-008 When I choose AVI writer it just spins wheel on mouse and just says: BizHawk.Client Stopped Working, and doesn't also respond. Help me fix it?

First pause BizHawk, playback your .bk2 movie, then File > AVI/WAV > Record. Always use Uncompressed codec for your AVI dump.
