Emulation. I can vouch: it happened to me when I wanted to give Jesusgears a shot. It usually happens when the camera is rotating.

Okay I got Disney's Dinosaur dumped correctly because all the other attempts said 60fps (p1) then 50fps(all the others) >< I'll encode it later tonight for me as it takes about 3hrs.
